How did I do it?
Most people don’t realize that when your hair becomes thinner it’s because some of your hair follicles have become damaged by something called ‘perifollicular fibrosis’.
Once the hair follicles have become damaged like this, they can’t regrow. Most people waste their time trying to revive these damaged follicles — and it never works. What you should be doing is generating new hair follicles. That’s what I did.
You see all those smaller blond hairs along my hairline in the picture above? They’re completely new hairs.
How did I generate all those new hair follicles?
To generate those new hair follicles I created lots of tiny ‘micro-wounds’ in my scalp skin. That sounds scary I know, but honestly it really isn’t. I just used a Dermaroller (like the one pictured below). I gently rolled the Dermaroller over my scalp skin, creating tiny, invisible wounds. This is absolutely critical to generating new hair follicles. Here’s why…
How does this make new hair follicles develop?
With each tiny wound that’s created, the skin is forced to generate new tissue to heal the little wound. This is the secret to generating new hair follicles. Hair follicles are a naturally occurring element of skin tissue. So, by generating new skin tissue, you can also generate new hair follicles.
Growth factors: the switch that ‘turns on’ hair growth
Growth factors are proteins in the cells. They communicate with the cells in the hair follicles, telling those hair follicles what to do. You have to increase three specific growth factors in your scalp in order to communicate to the developing tissue, forcing it to generate new hair follicles. Without the right growth factors, hair follicles don’t develop and instead, all you do is create skin.
How can you do this?
This is a very simple technique to use. It’s very easy. Anyone can do it. However, it is important to use precisely the right growth factors. Some growth factors actually make hair stop growing. So I’ve decided to create a clear set of instructions that anyone can follow from home to do what I have done. I call it the Hair Follicle Neogenesis Method. You can download my instructions below.
Can I download your instructions?
Yes, you can download my instructions, which explain exactly how to use my technique for generating new hair follicles. Anyone can use this method. Women, men, old, young. It works for everyone. Even people with androgenic alopecia (which is what I have) and even people with alopecia areata (autoimmune hair loss).
No matter what type of hair loss you have, this method works, because it generates new hair follicles. The more you repeat the process, the more hair follicles you can generate.
